Nature and Objective:

We provide vocational skill development in the form of various diploma and certificate courses necessary for certification and skill enhancement of pre-primary teachers. We look forward to establish ourselves and a medium for woman empowerment by providing employment opportunities through our courses. Scope:

The idea of ECCE and emphasis on pre-primary school education by Government of India dates back to early 90s (1991). With the draft of National Education Policy 2020 it has become evident that Government of India wants to shift its focus on pre-primary education in order to build strong roots of our nation.

With this goal in mind it becomes necessary to have specially trained staff to execute this plan. This opens a door of opportunity of employment in this upcoming sector that is bound to take a boom in near future especially for females given that pre-primary education is a sector where females are given preference in recruitment. Also, for existing staff of anganwadi workers and those who are educated until only higher secondary and wish to make a future in this field, these courses serve as skill enhancement tool for better understanding pre-primary education and increases chances of getting selected in reputed institutes.
